The natural food section of Smith's (224 Paseo del Pueblo Sur) also carries some regional products. Specialty shops around the Plaza carry curated selections for visitors.
For Chimayo chile at the source, drive the High Road south to Chimayo. The shops around the Santuario de Chimayo sell directly from local growers and the quality and variety is the best available anywhere.
