HeyTaos.com controls the format, layout, timing, channel, copy, image selection, page placement, disclosure language, and publication schedule for all partner benefits, advertising services, sponsored content, and promotional features.

HeyTaos.com does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, calls, bookings, revenue, search ranking, leads, sales, foot traffic, social media engagement, newsletter engagement, map activity, customer inquiries, or any specific commercial result.

Partner Approval, Rejection, and Removal

HeyTaos.com reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, modify, downgrade, remove, or refuse any listing, partner listing, sponsored placement, advertisement, business participation, submitted material, or paid service.

Reasons may include false, misleading, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information.

Reasons may include failure to pay subscription, advertising, sponsorship, or service fees.

Reasons may include unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Reasons may include political candidates, political campaigns, political committees, religious organizations, religious advocacy, issue advocacy, or other categories HeyTaos.com determines are outside its accepted listing or advertising standards.

Removal, suspension, downgrade, or rejection for breach, non-payment, false information, legal risk, safety risk, reputational risk, infringement, or unauthorized submission does not create a refund obligation unless required by law.

Business Representative Authority

If you submit information, request edits, purchase a listing, buy advertising, subscribe to a partner program, cancel a service, approve copy, provide images, or act on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You agree that HeyTaos.com may rely on your submission, purchase, approval, cancellation, or communication as authorized by the business or organization you claim to represent.

Partner Listing Launch Timing

If a partner program states that a listing, dedicated page, or paid benefit will go live within a specific timeframe, that timeframe begins only after HeyTaos.com receives payment, required information, required assets, and any necessary approval.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, HeyTaos.com aims to publish approved paid partner listing benefits within 36 hours after receiving payment, required information, and required assets.

HeyTaos.com is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, missing images, unclear ownership, incorrect submissions, platform issues, payment failure, third-party systems, legal review, editorial concerns, or other circumstances outside our control.

Partner Benefits and Spotlights

Paid partner benefits may vary by program, category, availability, editorial calendar, website structure, and active subscription status.

HeyTaos.com will identify paid partner listings, sponsored placements, featured advertiser content, paid promotions, or other material business relationships with clear labels where payment, sponsorship, advertising, or partner status affects visibility, placement, formatting, promotion, or presentation.

Disclosure labels may include “Partner,” “Paid Partner,” “Sponsored,” “Featured,” “Advertiser,” “Sponsored Advertiser,” or similar language.

Paid placement, sponsorship, advertising, or partner status may affect visibility, position, formatting, depth, promotional treatment, cross-category placement, newsletter inclusion, social media inclusion, or other presentation.

HeyTaos.com may update labels, disclosures, layout, or language at any time to improve clarity, improve user experience, or comply with applicable requirements.

Subscription Billing

Recurring subscriptions are processed through the checkout, subscription, billing, and payment tools made available on HeyTaos.com, including Shopify and related service providers.

You are responsible for reviewing the product page, checkout language, subscription terms, cancellation policy, renewal timing, price, taxes, and billing details before purchasing.

You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

Automatic Renewal

Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge is processed.

If cancellation occurs after a renewal charge has already processed, the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle unless HeyTaos.com agrees otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law.

Failed Payments and Delinquency

If a recurring payment fails, HeyTaos.com may provide courtesy reminders and a grace period.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, HeyTaos.com may cancel, suspend, downgrade, or remove paid benefits after 15 days of non-payment.

HeyTaos.com may make reasonable efforts to send up to two courtesy reminders during the grace period.

Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the payment obligation and does not prevent cancellation, suspension, downgrade, removal, or collection of unpaid amounts.

Reinstatement after cancellation, delinquency, downgrade, or removal is at HeyTaos.com’s discretion and may require payment of past-due amounts, updated payment information, new onboarding, or subscription at then-current rates.

Cancellation of Partner Subscriptions

Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the self-service subscription tools provided at checkout, customer account, subscription link, order page, or other cancellation method made available by HeyTaos.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the cancellation is processed.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, cancellation does not create a refund, credit, or partial-month refund for the current billing period, unused time, completed work, already-published placement, onboarding, photography, editorial work, advertising work, or prior subscription charges.

Depending on the subscription tool used, cancellation may end billing, delivery, access, or paid benefits immediately.

HeyTaos.com may, at its discretion, keep already-published paid partner benefits active through the end of the paid billing period, unless the subscription is canceled for non-payment, breach, legal risk, safety risk, reputational risk, or editorial reasons.

HeyTaos.com does not offer partner subscription pausing, skipping, temporary holds, or seasonal holds unless HeyTaos.com expressly offers that option in writing.

If a platform or subscription tool displays a pause, skip, or hold option, that tool may not apply to partner subscriptions unless expressly approved by HeyTaos.com in writing.

Refunds for Partner Listings, Advertising, and Digital Services

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, paid listing fees, partner subscription fees, advertising fees, sponsorship fees, digital placement fees, newsletter placement fees, social media placement fees, photography fees, onboarding fees, dedicated page fees, and other digital service fees are non-refundable.

HeyTaos.com may choose, at its discretion, to issue a credit, correction, make-good placement, or adjustment if a material publishing error occurs.

Any accommodation is voluntary and does not waive these Terms or create an ongoing obligation.

Monthly Drops, Physical Products, and Subscription Boxes

HeyTaos.com may sell physical products, merchandise, local goods, monthly boxes, recurring drops, limited-quantity products, apparel, accessories, gift products, food products, art products, and other shipped items.

Monthly boxes and recurring drops may include different items each month. Product mix, vendor selection, quantity, size, packaging, retail value, color, flavor, design, and availability may vary.

Preview images, product examples, vendor examples, descriptions, and promotional materials are illustrative unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

HeyTaos.com may substitute products of comparable type, value, or purpose when items are unavailable, delayed, damaged, discontinued, recalled, unsuitable for shipping, restricted by carrier rules, restricted by payment processor rules, or otherwise impractical to include.
