Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Businesses joining after the 1st are not charged immediately. Their first payment is charged on the 1st of the month following enrollment. Founding pricing applies for the first 12 months of continuous membership. Once Founding Partner enrollment closes, it will not reopen. If a Founding Partner cancels during the first 12 months, the Founding Partner rate is permanently lost. Returning businesses enroll at the current rate.

Add a valid payment method. Businesses joining after the 1st are not charged immediately. Their first payment is charged on the following 1st.

Meet With HeyTaos

Review the Partner Agreement, business details, category fit, links, photos, and content requirements.

Go Live

Once the agreement and required information are received, partner listings typically go live within 36 hours.

Questions Before Enrolling

Program essentials
Is the partnership month to month?
Yes. There is no annual contract and no setup fee. Partners may cancel at any time through the customer account portal or by contacting HeyTaos. No refunds are provided for partial months.
What happens to the Founding Partner rate?
The founding rate remains active for the first 12 months of continuous membership. After 12 months, the membership converts to the standard rate. If the partnership is canceled during the founding period, the founding rate is permanently lost.
How does Priority Partner Placement work?
Active partners appear above standard unpaid listings in relevant business-listing placements. Partner order is based on subscription start date. Returning partners re-enter at the bottom of the active partner group.
What happens if a payment fails?
A 15-day grace period begins. HeyTaos sends two courtesy reminders, and benefits remain active during the grace period. If payment is not resolved within 15 days, active Partner benefits end.
Does HeyTaos guarantee leads or sales?
No. HeyTaos guarantees the visibility and placement benefits included in the program. It does not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, inquiries, reservations, bookings, sales, revenue, search rankings, or business outcomes.
Which businesses are eligible?
Eligible partners include approved local commercial businesses in Taos County, the Enchanted Circle, or an adjacent county. Political candidates, religious organizations, and advocacy groups are not eligible. Each location, lodging property, or individual realtor profile requires its own subscription.
Can cannabis businesses participate?
Yes. Cannabis businesses are eligible for website placement, organic promotion, newsletters, editorial coverage, and other standard benefits. Platform advertising rules prevent their inclusion in paid social media advertising placements.
What information is needed for onboarding?
HeyTaos needs a signed Partner Agreement, valid payment method, business name and category, address, phone number, approved links, photos or photo direction, description details, and any menu, booking, listing, amenity, or service information that applies.
