Twirl Play and Discovery Space
A free children's play and discovery space in downtown Taos, with two outdoor playgrounds, an indoor playroom, and a mission-supporting toy store. Founded in 2007 and now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Twirl serves Taos kids and families year-round, free of charge.

Twirl's outdoor play space, two playgrounds plus multiple exhibits, is free and open to the public. The indoor playroom is also free when it isn't being used for a class or event. Beyond the playspace, Twirl runs in-school and after-school programs across Taos County. In 2022 alone, Twirl served 19 schools and over 7,000 Taos kids.

Toy Store
A mission-supporting shop of STEAM-based toys, games, art supplies, and books. Proceeds support Twirl's free programming.
Summer Hours
Closed Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
