HeyTaos.com may reserve expanded descriptions, dedicated pages, verified-partner labels, original photography, sponsored placements, enhanced profile content, cross-category promotional features, social media features, newsletter features, and other promotional benefits for paid partners, advertisers, sponsors, or selected editorial uses.

Submitting a correction or request for an unpaid listing does not create a right to publication, category placement, website backlink, image use, expanded description, verified-partner status, sponsored placement, or removal of public factual information.

HeyTaos.com may offer paid partner listings, sponsored placements, featured advertiser content, dedicated business pages, local advertising packages, newsletter placements, social media features, recurring subscriptions, monthly drops, product sales, merchandise, and other paid services.

Paid partner subscriptions are month-to-month unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Each paid listing generally requires its own subscription unless HeyTaos.com agrees otherwise in writing.

Partner onboarding is included unless otherwise stated.

Paid partner subscriptions may include benefits such as dedicated pages, expanded descriptions, original photo support, verification support, additional category eligibility, newsletter mentions, social media features, partner spotlights, or clearly disclosed sponsored placements, depending on the program purchased.

HeyTaos.com controls the format, layout, timing, channel, copy, image selection, disclosure language, and publication schedule for partner benefits, advertising services, sponsored content, and promotional features. Paid status does not guarantee a particular organic search position or editorial recommendation.

HeyTaos.com does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, calls, bookings, revenue, search ranking, leads, sales, foot traffic, social media engagement, newsletter engagement, map activity, customer inquiries, or any specific commercial result.

HeyTaos.com reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, modify, downgrade, remove, or refuse any listing, partner listing, sponsored placement, advertisement, business participation, submitted material, or paid service.

Reasons may include false, misleading, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information.

Reasons may include failure to pay subscription, advertising, sponsorship, or service fees.

Reasons may include violation of these Terms or any applicable agreement.

Reasons may include unauthorized submission by a person who does not have authority to act for the business.

Reasons may include conduct that creates legal, reputational, operational, safety, editorial, platform, or payment-processing risk.

Reasons may include requests that conflict with HeyTaos.com editorial standards, site structure, category structure, disclosure standards, or business model.

Reasons may include unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Reasons may include political candidates, political campaigns, political committees, religious organizations, religious advocacy, issue advocacy, or other categories HeyTaos.com determines are outside its accepted listing or advertising standards.

Removal, suspension, downgrade, or rejection for breach, non-payment, false information, legal risk, safety risk, reputational risk, infringement, or unauthorized submission does not create a refund obligation unless required by law.

If you submit information, request edits, purchase a listing, buy advertising, subscribe to a partner program, cancel a service, approve copy, provide images, or act on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You agree that HeyTaos.com may rely on your submission, purchase, approval, cancellation, or communication as authorized by the business or organization you claim to represent.

You are responsible for any claim, dispute, loss, chargeback, correction, removal request, ownership dispute, or rights issue arising from unauthorized, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete submissions.

If a partner program states that a listing, dedicated page, or paid benefit will go live within a specific timeframe, that timeframe begins only after HeyTaos.com receives payment, required information, required assets, and any necessary approval.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, HeyTaos.com aims to publish approved paid partner listing benefits within 36 hours after receiving payment, required information, and required assets.

HeyTaos.com is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, missing images, unclear ownership, incorrect submissions, platform issues, payment failure, third-party systems, legal review, editorial concerns, or other circumstances outside our control.

Paid partner benefits may vary by program, category, availability, editorial calendar, website structure, and active subscription status.

If a partner program includes a spotlight, feature, newsletter mention, social media post, dedicated page, checkmark, original photo support, or other promotional benefit, HeyTaos.com controls the format, timing, layout, copy, image selection, placement, channel, and publication schedule.

A guaranteed annual partner spotlight, if offered, has no cash value, is not transferable, is subject to active paid partner status, and does not guarantee traffic, reach, engagement, sales, leads, search visibility, platform performance, or commercial outcome.

HeyTaos.com will identify paid partner listings, sponsored placements, featured advertiser content, paid promotions, or other material business relationships with clear labels where payment, sponsorship, advertising, or partner status affects visibility, placement, formatting, promotion, or presentation.

Disclosure labels may include “Partner,” “Paid Partner,” “Sponsored,” “Featured,” “Advertiser,” “Sponsored Advertiser,” or similar language.

Paid placement, sponsorship, advertising, or partner status may affect visibility, position, formatting, depth, promotional treatment, cross-category placement, newsletter inclusion, social media inclusion, or other presentation.

HeyTaos.com may update labels, disclosures, layout, or language at any time to improve clarity, improve user experience, or comply with applicable requirements.

Recurring subscriptions are processed through the checkout, subscription, billing, and payment tools made available on HeyTaos.com, including Shopify and related service providers.

You are responsible for reviewing the product page, checkout language, subscription terms, cancellation policy, renewal timing, price, taxes, and billing details before purchasing.

You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing schedule shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed in writing.

Unless a different billing schedule is shown at checkout or confirmed in writing, partner subscriptions renew monthly.

If a partner subscription is configured to bill on the 1st day of each month, the renewal charge will be processed according to the subscription tool’s billing schedule and store settings.

If you purchase after the monthly billing date, your first charge, prorated charge, initial access period, or next renewal date will be shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.

If checkout language and these Terms conflict, the specific billing terms shown at checkout control for that purchase.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize HeyTaos.com and its payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing schedule shown at checkout, in your customer account, on your invoice, or otherwise confirmed in writing.

Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge is processed.

If cancellation occurs after a renewal charge has already processed, the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle unless HeyTaos.com agrees otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law.

If a recurring payment fails, HeyTaos.com may provide courtesy reminders and a grace period.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, HeyTaos.com may cancel, suspend, downgrade, or remove paid benefits after 15 days of non-payment.

HeyTaos.com may make reasonable efforts to send up to two courtesy reminders during the grace period.

Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the payment obligation and does not prevent cancellation, suspension, downgrade, removal, or collection of unpaid amounts.

Reinstatement after cancellation, delinquency, downgrade, or removal is at HeyTaos.com’s discretion and may require payment of past-due amounts, updated payment information, new onboarding, or subscription at then-current rates.

Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the self-service subscription tools provided at checkout, customer account, subscription link, order page, or other cancellation method made available by HeyTaos.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the cancellation is processed.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, cancellation does not create a refund, credit, or partial-month refund for the current billing period, unused time, completed work, already-published placement, onboarding, photography, editorial work, advertising work, or prior subscription charges.

Depending on the subscription tool used, cancellation may end billing, delivery, access, or paid benefits immediately.

HeyTaos.com may, at its discretion, keep already-published paid partner benefits active through the end of the paid billing period, unless the subscription is canceled for non-payment, breach, legal risk, safety risk, reputational risk, or editorial reasons.

HeyTaos.com does not offer partner subscription pausing, skipping, temporary holds, or seasonal holds unless HeyTaos.com expressly offers that option in writing.

If a platform or subscription tool displays a pause, skip, or hold option, that tool may not apply to partner subscriptions unless expressly approved by HeyTaos.com in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, paid listing fees, partner subscription fees, advertising fees, sponsorship fees, digital placement fees, newsletter placement fees, social media placement fees, photography fees, onboarding fees, dedicated page fees, and other digital service fees are non-refundable.

HeyTaos.com may choose, at its discretion, to issue a credit, correction, make-good placement, or adjustment if a material publishing error occurs.

Any accommodation is voluntary and does not waive these Terms or create an ongoing obligation.

HeyTaos.com may sell physical products, merchandise, local goods, monthly boxes, recurring drops, limited-quantity products, apparel, accessories, gift products, food products, art products, and other shipped items.

Monthly boxes and recurring drops may include different items each month. Product mix, vendor selection, quantity, size, packaging, retail value, color, flavor, design, and availability may vary.

Preview images, product examples, vendor examples, descriptions, and promotional materials are illustrative unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

HeyTaos.com may substitute products of comparable type, value, or purpose when items are unavailable, delayed, damaged, discontinued, recalled, unsuitable for shipping, restricted by carrier rules, restricted by payment processor rules, or otherwise impractical to include.

Monthly drop cutoff dates, billing dates, shipping windows, and delivery estimates will be stated on the applicable product page, subscription page, checkout page, or subscription policy.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page, orders placed after a monthly cutoff date may receive the following month’s drop instead of the current month’s drop.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

HeyTaos.com may decline, remove, substitute, cancel, or refuse any product, monthly drop item, vendor item, or shipment that creates legal, safety, carrier, payment-processing, platform, reputational, or operational risk.

HeyTaos.com monthly drops and physical product offerings will not knowingly include products prohibited by Shopify, Shopify Payments, applicable payment processors, shipping carriers, or applicable federal, state, tribal, or local law.

HeyTaos.com may list or discuss local businesses in editorial or directory contexts without selling or shipping that business’s products through HeyTaos.com.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before the applicable cutoff date or shipment date.

HeyTaos.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, misdelivered, stolen, damaged, melted, spoiled, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, weather, recipient unavailability, mailbox restrictions, refusal of delivery, forwarding problems, local delivery conditions, customs issues, natural events, or events outside our control.

Shipping timelines, processing timelines, carrier options, delivery estimates, local delivery options, pickup options, shipping charges, and any product-specific shipping limitations are governed by the Shipping Policy and the shipping information shown at checkout.

For damaged shipments, missing items, or fulfillment errors, customers must contact HeyTaos.com at info@heytaos.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

Monthly boxes and product orders may include food, beverage, edible, or packaged goods from third-party makers or vendors.

Product labels, maker labels, vendor packaging, and manufacturer information control ingredient, allergen, nutrition, storage, preparation, and use information.

HeyTaos.com does not guarantee that monthly boxes or products are free from allergens, cross-contact, dietary restrictions, religious dietary concerns, ingredient concerns, or manufacturing changes unless expressly stated by the product maker.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels before consuming or using any product and contacting the manufacturer or vendor with ingredient-specific questions.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on checkout configuration, billing method, product type, customer location, and applicable law.
