HOW IT WORKS

Your event. One simple submission.

We want HeyTaos to be a useful, current calendar for people who live here and people coming to visit. Tell us what's happening, and we'll take it from there.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your event

Enter the name, date, time and venue. Include an official event link if you have one. You can submit a single event, a recurring event or an exhibition.

  2. 02

    We check the details

HeyTaos checks the information and looks for existing listings. Some events can be verified automatically. Others may need a closer review or a follow-up email.

  3. 03

    Eligible events join the calendar

Once an event is verified and processed, it may appear on the HeyTaos Events calendar. Submission is free, but it does not guarantee publication.

We use your email to confirm receipt or contact you if information needs clarification. Your email is not displayed as part of the event listing.

Please do not send photos or image URLs. HeyTaos uses approved event and venue imagery only.

Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. HeyTaos may verify, combine duplicate listings, request clarification, or decline events that fall outside the calendar's scope.

A calendar that's useful to everyone.

From neighborhood gatherings to major festivals, good local information starts with the people who know what's happening. Thanks for helping HeyTaos keep the calendar current.
