Post Offices
Four USPS locations serve Taos County, separate from the El Prado and Ranchos de Taos branches noted below. Hours vary by branch; the Bertha Street station has a midday closure.

A note on package pickup. Reviews across all four Taos County branches mention package delays and pickup mix-ups often enough that it's worth tracking your tracking number directly rather than relying on a pink slip alone. If a package shows delivered but isn't at the counter, ask staff to check by tracking number, not just by name.
UPS & FedEx
The UPS Store is a full-service shipping counter that also offers notary services. FedEx's Taos presence is two FedEx OnSite counters inside other businesses, drop-off and pickup points rather than standalone FedEx Office locations.

Vehicle Title & Registration Services
These are private businesses, not the government MVD. For the official MVD Field Office that handles driver's licenses and new-resident registration, see Settling In. The vendors below offer the same registration and title services for a fee, often with shorter waits and appointment availability.
